About Us

Our story
Founded on the belief that clarity and credibility drive better outcomes, our firm was built to bridge the gap between financial analysis, legal strategy, and executive decision-making. With deep roots in intellectual property, private equity, and complex valuation, we serve as trusted partners to attorneys, investors, and business leaders facing high-stakes questions.
What started as a solo consultancy has grown into a strategic advisory practice that combines rigorous analytical expertise with clear, persuasive communication. Whether we're testifying in litigation, advising a private equity fund on value creation, or stepping into a fractional CFO role, our mission remains the same: deliver insights that hold up under pressure and stand the test of scrutiny.
We operate with integrity, precision, and an unwavering commitment to helping our clients succeed — in the courtroom, in the boardroom, and beyond.
Our values
Credibility First
We believe that trust is earned through precision, consistency, and integrity. Whether testifying in court or advising investors, we stand behind every word, number, and insight we deliver.
Clarity in Complexity
We specialize in distilling the complex — whether it’s a tangled IP portfolio, a disputed financial model, or a high-stakes transaction. Clear thinking leads to sound decisions.
Strategic Impact
We don’t just analyze — we advise. Every engagement is focused on delivering insights that drive real-world results, from courtroom outcomes to capital allocation.
Professional Rigor
Our work holds up under cross-examination and executive scrutiny alike. We maintain the highest standards of analytical accuracy, documentation, and defensibility.
Client Partnership
We approach each engagement as a long-term partnership, not a transaction. Your success is our priority — whether you're litigating, investing, or scaling.

Our history
Our firm was founded with a simple mission: to bring clarity, credibility, and strategic insight to high-stakes financial matters. After years of working at the intersection of finance, law, and intellectual property, we saw a need for advisors who could not only interpret complex data but also communicate it clearly and convincingly — whether in front of a judge, a boardroom, or an investor panel.
What began as a specialized expert witness practice has since expanded into a multi-disciplinary advisory firm serving clients across litigation, valuation, private equity, and strategic finance. We've supported leading law firms, emerging companies, and institutional investors — always with a focus on precision, professionalism, and impact.
While the scope of our services has grown, our core commitment remains the same: deliver rigorous analysis, practical guidance, and trusted advocacy in every engagement.
Our team
Financial experts, strategic thinkers, and courtroom-tested professionals.
